How everything connects
What this system is
The application is the customer surface of the Awlad Ragab wholesale platform. It is deliberately thin: every product, price, promotion and point balance it shows is a record the management system owns, read over the same REST API, so the two never drift apart. What the customer can do — browse, order, track, collect — maps one to one onto what the platform models.
What we needed to solve
Wholesale customers ordered by phone call and message, which meant prices repeated verbally, orders transcribed by hand, and no way for a customer to see the catalogue, the state of an order, or the offers they qualified for without asking somebody.
How we shipped it
A mobile application that reads the same catalogue, pricing, promotion and loyalty records the management system owns, lets the customer assemble and submit an order directly, and reports its status back from the platform rather than from a conversation.
